Name & facts
Does AI get your name, location, programs, costs, and denominational affiliation right?
AEO for Higher Education
Find out what AI tells prospective students before they reach your website. Our answer engine optimization (AEO) engagement tests real enrollment questions, traces inaccurate answers to their sources, and gives your team a prioritized plan to address them.
Schedule a call with KurianThe opportunity
A family may ask about your programs, tuition, or beliefs without contacting admissions. If the answer is wrong or names another school, your team may never see the missed opportunity. We make those answers visible, check them against your approved facts, and identify the sources your team can improve.
What we cover
We check more than whether your school is mentioned. We look at whether the answer is accurate, supported, and clearly about your institution.
Does AI get your name, location, programs, costs, and denominational affiliation right?
Does the answer point to your own pages? Do outside listings agree with your current information?
Can the tool distinguish you from similarly named schools and correctly identify your campuses and accreditation?
Can tools access and understand your pages, with clear answers and structured data that labels your institution and programs?
We cover programs, cost and aid, faith, campus life, graduate outcomes, and comparisons with other schools. Your enrollment team adds questions from its inquiry inbox. A web lead, executive sponsor, and steward of your statement of faith help review findings and priorities.
From an answer to its source
Consider a fictional Christian college near Dallas with a nursing program. A family asks an AI tool for schools to consider. The answer uses old tuition and misstates the college’s faith commitments. A polished website does not, on its own, tell you where those claims came from.
Illustrative scenario, not a client result or a promise of placement.
Record the question, tool, date, claims, and any cited sources. Compare the answer with the institution’s approved facts.
Check cited pages and related listings. Separate a stale source we can identify from an answer whose origin is unclear.
Give the web or enrollment team specific page updates. Identify outside listings that need a correction request and who owns it.
Repeat the original questions after updates. Document changes and remaining errors. A corrected source does not guarantee a corrected AI answer.
Agree on programs, geography, peer schools, and priority audiences at kickoff. Sample prompts across these six areas, rather than only asking a tool to describe your institution.
“Which Christian colleges near me offer nursing?”
“What does it cost, and what financial aid is available?”
“What does the school believe, and is there a lifestyle covenant?”
“What is student life like, and is housing available?”
“What do graduates go on to do?”
“How does this school compare with other Christian colleges in my state?”
We map the sources visible in sampled answers and investigate relevant listings. Tools do not always expose their sources, so the report distinguishes observed citations from possible contributing information.

Institutional listings, membership details, and status information.
Published institutional facts, programs, and costs.

Student accounts, location details, and contact information.
Older claims that can persist after your current information changes.

How we work
The phases below show a typical 90-day engagement. We agree on the final 60–90 day scope at kickoff. Your team approves changes, and the report distinguishes what improved from what did not.
Record answers to applicant questions across the agreed AI engines.
Check the answers, trace their sources, and rank the gaps that matter most.
Guide your team through the prioritized page and source corrections. Implementation support can be scoped separately.
Re-run the same questions and deliver a cabinet report with results and next steps.
No one can guarantee an AI recommendation or when an answer will change. Website implementation and ongoing monitoring can be scoped separately.
Start an internal conversation
You do not need to know how every AI system works to start. These prompts help enrollment, marketing, and web teams identify what they have not yet checked.
Select any gaps you recognize to prepare for a conversation with your team.
A discussion aid, not an audit or readiness score. Your selections stay in this page and are not submitted or saved.
For the colleague receiving this page
For enrollment, marketing, or communications: bring priority programs, target regions, peer schools, and the person who owns your website. We will agree on the questions and tools to test, access needed, and who can implement corrections. The core engagement provides an audit and action plan; implementation is scoped separately.
Servant’s broader education work includes Austin Christian University and Wesley Seminary. Explore our existing partnerships for context. These are not claims of results from the new AI Policy or AEO engagements.

The proposed baseline covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google’s AI Overviews. We confirm the list and test questions at kickoff.
We map relevant accreditor and association directories, public college data, reference sites, rankings, reviews, and news coverage. We identify outdated sources and recommend corrections; third-party publishers control their own pages.
SEO focuses on visibility in search results. AEO focuses on what AI tools say in their answers. The work overlaps, and we can coordinate with your current SEO or website team.
The core engagement gives your team a prioritized fix list and structured-data guidance. If you want Servant to implement the changes, we scope that work separately.
No. AI tools update on their own schedules. We document the starting point and re-test the same questions so you can see what changed. Ongoing monitoring is optional, with periodic checks useful after major site or program changes.
